A lucky American man

 

A man from the US state of Ohio bought five lottery tickets from a local store, which had the wrong notation. Due to the wrong notation on that ticket, he became the owner of 10k dollars. A lucky citizen named Buster told the lottery officials that when he asked for a lottery ticket from a local shop, the shopkeeper mistakenly printed one ticket while he had asked for five tickets. Later, the shopkeeper printed four other tickets for him. Buster said he would use the prize money to pay off his car's arrears and home mortgage while saving the rest for his retirement.
